At 6’7” and 215 pounds, Deontay Wilder always imagined he’d be making a name for himself on the football field or the basketball court. After the birth of his daughter Naeiya, his dreams took an unpredictable turn. She was born with severe spina bifida and doctors told Deontay that she would most likely never walk.

Torn by the news, Deontay immediately abandoned his dreams of being a professional athlete and began to work multiple jobs to pay for the surgeries and medical care Naeiya required. After a year of tirelessly working to support his daughter, a miracle occurred. Through a friend, Deontay discovered a hidden gift that would change his and Naeiya’s lives forever; boxing.

With Naeiya as his inspiration, Deontay has rapidly risen through the ranks in the boxing world where he is widely considered the next great heavyweight contender. Fueled by love and compassion, Deontay’s boxing has afforded him the opportunity to provide his daughter with the best medical care possible. Naeiya is now able to walk on her own. One step at a time, Deontay and Naeiya continue their fight and journey toward greatness together.

From the beginning, this project has been defined by a single word, passion. Our entire team felt it was our duty to share Deontay and Naeiya’s story`as it further instills our belief that lives can be changed when you give of yourself for the good of others.

Our team had the honor to collaborate with one of the best underwater shark cinematographers in the world this week in Big Sur, California! Andy Casagrande swims side by side with great white sharks and NO cage. Respect!!!

Collaborating with National Geographic and Subaru along with the insanely talented RC Helicopter team from Snaproll Media we created an incredible story about Andy’s passion to film sharks around the world.

Wow! We are at a loss of words. Thanks so much Vimeo for naming Holi one of your Top 12 Films of 2012!

Holi is always a stunning spectacle, and there’s something exceptionally striking about this tribute to the Hindu festival of colors by NYC-based production company Variable. Shot on a Phantom Flex with prototype lenses made by Angenieux, the film shows us that if we slow down for a second, something beautiful might just stop us in our tracks.

Our latest feature for ESPN, “No Quit” is airing on SportsCenter. Many thanks to Dan Arruda and the O’Donnell family for bringing this heart warming and inspirational story to life.

Our close friend and collaborator Jon Connor’s wrote an incredible article about his experience while building the set for National Geographic’s Killing Lincoln campaign.  Our very talented Art Director, Joe Sciacca, did a phenomenal job leading his team throughout the week long build.  Jon’s article really puts a lot into perspective about how many people, the time and the amount of passion and hard work that goes into creating a set at this scale.  We are so fortunate to have some of the most talented crew in the world.

We feel honored that the extremely talented team behind the New York based production company, Variable, believed in us enough that they asked us to join them in the task of creating the promo campaign for Killing Lincoln for National Geographic. The drive and passion that fuels these guys is contagious. It was impossible not to want to jump in and take any role we were given and not only do it but, to do it with a sense of pride. A sense of being part of something larger.
